Features and Advantages
Skin Friendly
The fabrics and materials used in the elastics of the waistbands are nylon/cotton with latex/spandex which is soft and healthy. They materials are naturally skin friendly even to touch the skin directly.

Printing Techniques on the Elastic Waistbands
There are several types of printing techniques could be applied to the elastic waistbands. The printing could be as decorative or as anti-slip function.
Screen Printing
The ink penetrates into the surface of the elastic bands through the screen to form a LOGO pattern, which can be printed in single or multi-color.
Heat Transfer Printing
Print the LOGO pattern on the transfer paper and transfer it to the surface of the bands through high-temperature pressing. It is divided into sublimation transfer (suitable for polyester) and heat transfer (suitable for a variety of materials).
Digital Printing
Uses digital technology to print images or text directly onto the bands, no need to make a logo plate like in traditional printing. It is highly efficient, flexible, and personalized.
Laser Engraving
Laser burns the surface of the bands to remove the surface color or material, forming a LOGO mark (suitable for engraving light-colored patterns on dark-colored bands).
Embroidery
Use needle and thread to embroider the LOGO on the surface of the bands, which can be divided into flat embroidery, three-dimensional embroidery, appliqué embroidery, etc.
Hot Foil Stamping
The metal foil is pressed onto the surface of the elastic tapes at high temperature to create a shiny LOGO effect.
Reflectiion
Embed reflective yarns in the webbing or hot-stick reflective film to create a logo that is visible at night and improve safety.
Water resistance
Add waterproof coatings during printing or weaving to give the LOGO area functional properties.
