In flat tubular shape, majority of the flat cords are coreless. For special needs, they can also made with cores to make the cords plump full.
Size
The diameter could be from 3cm to 50 cm. The regular use sizes for garments are 8cm-20mm. Of them, 10mm is the most popular size no matter for clothes or shoes.
Colors
Natural color is off white, looks a little yellowish white. This is because cotton cords are made of pure cotton fibers. Other colors would have to dye the cotton yarns to make. You may refer to below color chart that we have regular stock some certain qty. You may contact us to check the stock status if you want to order those colors.
But we can also dye to match any color you want, you just need to offer us the pantone code or color swatch.
MOQ
For off white color if the size is stock, 100 meters per size. For dye to match colors, 1000 meters per color/size or can negotiate with dyeing surcharge to make.
Packing
In bundles or in rolls. Depends on the width, usually 50 yards/meters or 100 yards/meters per bundle/roll.
