Depending on how the elastics are wrapped and formed, they could be of different varieties including: knitted elastics, braided elastics, and woven elastics. Different types of elastic tapes are with different structure, widths, thickness and stretch.

Knitted elastics are woven in a knitting pattern interweave loops into a flexible and stretchable material, the main feature and the knitted elastic is it does not narrow when stretched. They are soft and friendly to the skin. Additionally, it is lightweight and breathable for a material option that prioritizes comfort and flexibility.
