1.Customer provided their fabric swatches and we dyed to match the flat polyester cords.
2.We print the customer brand name on the flat polyester cord with the logo artwork offered by the customer.
3.We tailored the cords into 44cm per piece as customer required.
4.We make the silicon dipped ends with corresponding colors as customers' designs on the one side of the cords, the other side of the cords are without cord ends treatment, as customer need to sew that side into their fabric.
5.Customers used the custom-made polyester cords we produced on their wristband fabrics to make a 3 in 1 fabric wristbands, they have got good selling for such items.
