We have 15 high-speed rope machines, including LGS-2, LGS-4, LGS-6 and other models, which can produce various ropes with a diameter of 4-30mm, and integrate strands production and cords assembling. The advanced machines have greatly improved production efficiency, reduced labor costs and noise pollution. The most important is, the final production of the drawstring cords are nice and durable. There are also 80 precision automatic weaving machines, which can produce a variety of products including polyester webbing, nylon webbing, cotton webbing, etc., with a daily output of about 800,000 meters. At the same time, the factory is also equipped with advanced dyeing equipment, testing instruments, etc. to ensure that product quality and performance meet high standards.
