Silicone Dipped Drawcord

The silicone dipped treatment is a popular and trendy coating process applied on the drawcord/drawstring. The silicone dipping could be coated to flat or round polyester/nylon/cotton cords. And due to its durability function and beautiful appearance, such draw cords are widely used for garments, bags, shoes and other fields with creations.

The silicone ink/liquid is coated by machine or manual labor work to the cord ends in Maysun. Our cord factory produces the cords by ourself and pre-cut them into the sizes customer want before making the silicone dipped ends. Both the cords and the cord ends are flexible to customize in designs and colors, several hundreds of silicones dipped drawcords have been exported from Maysun to worldwide customers. Cord material: Polyester/cotton/nylon or blended of such materials
Cord diameter: 5mm-20mm ((The common flat cod diameter used for clothes/pants is 5-12mm)
Silicone part size: 0.1cm to 10cm
Coated finish: Glossy/matt/velvet/glitter/glow in the dark/ gradient color and more
Cord length: Cut freely as customer requires, generally as short as to 10cm and as long as to 200cm
Applications to: Waistband drawstring cords, hoodie cords, pullover drawcord, sweater draw cords.

For small sizes round strings/cords (1-3mm) dipped with silicone ends and in short length 10-20cm, they are usually used as zip pullers on the zipper head

5. You need to wait for 10-20 days to get your production completed.
6. We would ship in the way we have agreed, shipping leadtime by express/air 3-10 days, by sea 25-60 days.
7. After you receive the goods, order completed.
