Plastic Cord Ends：

 

Shape: Open end cap, flat top, domed top, closed bullet cap, knot-style, heat-shrink, tube

Material: ABS (hard), PVC (hard), resin (hard), rubber (soft), silicone (very soft)

Threading method: Crimped with pliers or glued, some designs are mold injection directly to the cords

Metal Cord Ends:

 

Shape: Open end cap, flat top, domed top, bullet-style, cylinder, cuboid, closed bullet cap, heat- tube, bell shape or customized shapes

Material: ABS (hard), PVC (hard), rubber (soft), silicone (very soft)

Threading method: Crimped with pliers, or machine installation with closing die set, or glued

The drawstring end cap is highly customized item as it's small and portable piece. We can offer customization in material selection, designs, custom finishes or colors, sizes, branding and logo.

Material Selection

 

Plastic: ABS, PVC, resin, rubber, silicone.

Metal: Zinc alloy, stainless steel, brass (copper).

Customers can choose plastic or metal cord tips base on the designs, but which type of plastic or metal is used will rely on the designs. Not all the materials applied to all cord ends designs.

Custom Designs

 

Both the metal and plastic cord tips could be customized for the shapes and designs. But the mold set up fee for a plastic one is usually very high, so for small batch of order we do not recommend that. We can help you to design or you can offer the design drawing artwork.

Customized Finishes and Colors

 

Bot the plastic cord ends and the metal drawstring end caps could be custom made.

For metal cord tip - Polished, brushed, antique finishes will be done by electroplating, or can also match any pantone code /fabric color by enameling or painting. You can choose from our color chart or offer color standard to follow.

Custom Logo/Branding

 

Logo style in 3D/embossed (risen), debossed/engraved (sunken), 3D, hallow, print and etc. You can simply offer the logo artwork or drawing to proceed.
