Will the metal G hook buckles rust?
Our metal G hook adjusters are made of zinc alloy, aluminum or stainless steel and coated with protective surface. So, they are rust resistant. But it depends on the use scenes, the zinc alloy or plated versions may corrode slightly over time, especially with moisture exposure. The stainless-steel and aluminum versions are highly corrosion resistant, can satisfy marine grade demands.
What's your MOQ?
If the models are stock, MOQ is 100 pcs per model/size. Customized orders are generally MOQ 500 pcs per model/size.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes! We usually offer up to 20 pcs of free samples of mixed designs, under the condition customers pay for the express cost.
We offer sample orders too (Less than MOQ). Samples cost is unit price plus shipping cost. Sample fees are refundable or credited toward your first bulk order of 2,000+ pieces.
What payment terms do you offer?
For new customers, we require 100% paid before the production or delivery. For established customers, no deposit required before order confirmation (subject to credit approval).
