Metal (usually zinc alloy)

 

Made of zinc alloy, which is load bearing and high strength and is slow to warm up, it's good to create luxury finishes and used for swimwear accessories.

Advantages: Versatile models and sizes, better for modifying specifications and customization, good for premium brands.

Plastic (ABS or Nylon)

 

Plastic bikini claps are much lighter compared to the metal ones; the colors are dyed to match (dyed at the raw material stage). They have limited sizes (10mm/15mm/20mm/25mm) due to the difficulty of plastic mold casting.

Advantages: Flexible color matching by dyeing, plastic material is anti-scald, cost-effective for high volume orders.

Complete Sizes

We offer various of sizes and opening for different thickness of straps. Varied by the models, inner size is from 8mm to 50mm (typically 10mm, 12mm,15mm, 20mm,22mm, 25mm, 30mm, 38mm, 50mm). Customized sizes are available by mold setting up (mold fee 150-300 USD depending on the designs complexity).

Colors Matching

Bikini clasps made of zinc alloy are plated to premium finishes like gold, silver, rose gold, gunmetal in different shades or enameled to fabric matching colors. The plastic version is flexible in any custom-made color to match, just offer pantone codes to check.
